1) Book Business Class to East Asia via Air Canada Aeroplan
Air Canada Aeroplan (a transfer partner of Capital One) is an excellent program for a variety of reasons, but their zone + distance based award chart for partners is where it really shines. For only 75,000 points, you can book partners like United, Asiana, EVA, and ANA from the west coast to east Asia in business class!
2) Fly Roundtrip to Europe 2x via Air France/KLM Flying Blue
The joint program of Air France and KLM can have fantastic redemption rates - especially for economy flights to and from Europe! It's very easy to find rates less than 40k miles each way, but with their monthly Promo Rewards, you can book for only 18,750 miles each way! The fees can be on the higher side (especially for the return from Europe) but that's certainly offset by the very low amount of points required. And you're not limited to only Paris or Amsterdam - you can often add a connection to additional destinations in Europe or North Africa for no additional miles!
3) First Class to Hawaii on Hawaiian Airlines via Qantas Frequent Flyer
With the merger of Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, this has opened up a variety of new redemption options through oneworld airline programs. Qantas (the flag carrier of Australia) has sneaky-good rates to book Hawaiian Airlines. A route like San Francisco to Honolulu will be just less than 47,000 points in first class with lie-flat seats!

Start your Hawaiian vacation in style with a first class flight!
4) American Airlines Flagship Suites via Japan Airlines Mileage Bank
The recent addition of Japan Airlines Mileage Bank as a transfer partner is exciting for a lot of reasons. The ability to book American Airlines' new Flagship Suites for an amazing rate with low fees is probably one of our favorites. With JAL's distance-based partner award chart, a route like Chicago to London is only 42,000 JAL miles in business class. The Capital One to Japan Airlines transfer ratio is 1000:750, so you would need to transfer 56,000 Venture Miles to make this redemption. With only $6 in fees for Chicago to London, this is an AMAZING value.
5) Book 12 (!) Tickets to London via Virgin Atlantic Flying Club
Yes, really. Virgin Atlantic Flying Club has dynamic/variable pricing, which means rates can sometimes be quite high...or insanely low. It's not too difficult to find a route like Boston to London for only 6,000 points in economy. The downside is the fees can be quite high on the return from London due to the UK's departure taxes.
6) World's Best Business Class via Qatar Airways Privilege Club
Only 70,000 points is all it takes to experience the Qatar Airways Qsuite (voted the World's Best Business Class by Skytrax) from any of Qatar Airways' destinations in North America to Doha when booking through Qatar Airways Privilege Club. You'll want to plan around a full year in advance for this redemption. While Doha is a great city to visit, you can tack on additional legs to other destinations for additional points. For example, our Phuket-Doha-Dallas flight was 95,000 points.
7) Roundtrip to South America 8x via Avianca LifeMiles
It's a somewhat quirky program, but Avianca LifeMiles can have some amazing deals. There are frequently sales where you can book something like Miami to Bogota for only 4,100 points in economy class! Plus, you can book other Star Alliance partners like United and Copa to their various destinations throughout Central and South America.
8) Business Class to Europe via Air Canada Aeroplan
The best part about this is you have a TON of options flying Air Canada's many partners - including Lufthansa, United, SWISS, TAP Portugal, LOT Polish, Brussels Airlines, and Austrian Airlines. Shorter flights (i.e. New York to Frankfurt) will be 60,000 points in business class, while slightly longer flights (i.e. Chicago to Zurich) will be 70,000 points. And for only 5,000 more points, you can get creative with a stopover of up to 45 days! Air Canada Aeroplan is probably our favorite program!
9) Premium Economy to Singapore via Singapore KrisFlyer
All the way from Los Angeles or San Francisco to Singapore in premium economy on one of the top airlines in the world! You can book it by transferring points to Singapore Airlines' KrisFlyer program! And this one is super easy to find and redeem using the Singapore Airlines website. Simply create a free account and select the "Redeem Flights" option.

Singapore Airlines is one of the best ways to fly to the other side of the world
10) $750 for any type of travel via Capital One "Cover Travel Purchases"
This is what makes Capital One Venture Miles so unique and so simple! If you don't want to deal with the (sometimes complicated) transfer partners, you can simply use you card to pay for a travel-related purchase and then use the miles to reimburse yourself at a rate of 1 cent per mile. As long as the purchase codes into a travel-related category, you can cover it with your miles within 90 days of the purchase!

Ferries, trains, hotels, etc. - you can cover travel purchases with Venture miles!
These options are honestly just scratching the surface of what can be done with the super value and flexible Capital One Venture Miles.
